Comments

-Under counter cooler was serviced. Temperature was 3C. Thermometer present inside for monitoring temperature. -Level of sanitation has significantly improved since previous inspection -Areas where mouse droppings were noted have been cleaned and are being monitored. -No cockroaches noted on adhesive trap in electrical room. Adhesive trap had been changed after previous inspection. Continue to monitor. -Ice machine bin was replaced. -Missing ceiling tile replaced with grate. *Repair to worn area of the walls is pending. Manager reported stainless cover is on order and will be installed once it arrives.
