| Licensing received a complaint on August 28th, 2019, regarding physical facility and care and supervision. The allegations included the following details: - Inadequate monitoring system - Inadequate hygiene practices All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collected from facility records and policy. Licensing determined the following contraventions: - Residential Care Regulation (RCR) Section 19(a) – Monitoring, signalling and communication - RCR section 82 – Implementation of Care plans |
