Paper based inspection Report #F237727: Hand wash stations adequately maintained. Sanitizer (quats) measured @ 200 ppm- solution in spray bottles and 3rd sink (sanitizing). Pot/tray dishwasher (high temp) reached 77 deg C walk-in freezer = -28 deg C walk-in cooler = -1 deg C cake display cooler = 1-2 deg C Staff wearing hairnets and clean uniforms No signs of pests noted. Bakery area kept in sanitary condition Note: Bakery area will be renovated - change flooring, ceiling, etc No change in layout. This area will be closed for 1 month. Baked goods will come from Langley location.
