*Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. *Sanitizer (quats) measured >200 ppm. *Upright cooler was at 2-3 deg C. *Dishwasher reached 72 deg C at plate surface. *Staff on duty has Food Safe 1 certification. *General sanitation was satisfactory. Premises well-maintained. *No signs of pests noted (pest control in place). Storage room: Freezers were above -18 deg C (-22 deg C). All food and food-related items were stored off the floor.
