Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There were carpets and cardboard boxes on the floor in the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Remove carpets and cardboard boxes from the kitchen. All surfaces in the kitchen, including the flooring, must be durable, non-absorbent and easily cleanable.

- Handsinks are stocked
-100ppm chlorine available in sanitizer buckets
- High temp dishwasher achieved 78C at plate's surface
- Temperatures of refrigeration units meet regulatory requirements (<4C cooler, <-18C freezers), except for the two freezers in the back which measured -8C. Staff noted that they have been constantly opening and closing this freezer as they were in preparation for opening. Continue to monitor the temperature and ensure that it is at or below -18C.
