Raw and ready to eat properly organized.
Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
Staff members observed to be properly washing hands.
Equipment (e.g. deli slicer, ice machine) observed to be stored in clean condition.
Bleach water sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles and in container at approximately 100 to 200 ppm chlorine.
High temperature dishwasher measured 78 degrees C at the utensil surface (minimum required: 71 degrees C at the utensil surface)/
General sanitation good. Improvements noted since previous inspections.
No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
Permit posted.
