Cutting boards worn and with build up. Correction: Ensure that knives are stored in a sanitary location to prevent contamination and cuttings boards are maintained in a condition that allows for cleaning. Correct by: September 28, 2021

Worn cutting board removed and replaced with another cutting board (bleached for sanitizing). New cutting board on order.
