Observation: Observed equipment/utensils stored in unsanitary manner;
1. knives stored in between dishwashing sink and walls and,
2. Cutting boards worn and with build up.
Correction: Ensure that knives are stored in a sanitary location to prevent contamination and cuttings boards are maintained in a condition that allows for cleaning.

1.Knives removed and stored in holder against wall. Permanent wall knife holder on order.
2. Worn cutting board removed and replaced with another cutting board (bleached for sanitizing). New cutting board on order.
