Follow up inspection. Items corrected: -Old cardboard boxes in walk in cooler discarded. -Backdoor opening has been sealed to prevent entry of pests. -Cleaning of old spills and debris completed. -Front sink leak has been repaired. -Food now protected from contamination in food storage. Containers and covers are food grade - good. Facility in compliance. Current prep inventory: Note: Used cardboard boxes cannot be reused to store open food products as it absorbs moisture and becomes mouldy/contaminated. Ensure food in open cans are transferred into reusuable, food grade containers. Open cans will rust over and the rust will get into the food.
