Observation: Construction has occurred that is not as per Fraser Health Approved floorplans.
The following areas:
- Prep sink for vegetable preparation is missing
- Mop sink has been relocated
- No three compartment sink exists
- Wall in front cash area has moved closer to deep frying units and counter has been removed
- Insert cooler across from grill has been replaced with two door cooler
- Burner with range now has two door insert cooler added underneath
- Deep fryer has been relocated
- Bread oven has been added
- Stand mixer has been added
- 2 spray sinks have been added to either side of dishwasher
- Sandwich preparation table has been relocated to cash area.
- Ice machine has been relocated within cash area
- Storage area door has been relocated.

Comments

Permit Fees Collected in amount of $125.00 for the June 01, 2021 - March 31, 2022 fiscal year - Cheque collected by EHO
New application form filled out for change of address due to renovations - expansion of restaurant into adjacent unit

Comments:
- All finishes, surfaces and equipment of sound construction, durable, readily cleanable and in good working condition
- Cooler units achieving less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezer units achieving less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Sanitizer solution at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200pm chlorine
- Test strips available for use
- Facility in good sanitary condition
- No evidence of pests
- Ice wands at facility
- COVID-19 plexiglass shields on site and installed

ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED for Health Approval:
- Paper towel unit to be installed at middle hand sink
- Liquid soap in dispensing unit to be installed at middle hand sink
- Installation of prep sink to middle area is to occur
- Insert cooler to be obtained and added to middle area / across from grill units
- Caulking to be added to seal in joint in walk in freezer unit as unit has settled and gap now exists
- Receipt or invoice provided to EHO for purchase of insert cooler unit
- Updated floorplans with all changes that have occurred are to be submitted to FHA for final retroactive approval - current plans do not meet with last FHA approved plans dated March 2021.
