-Followup Inspection -Dishwasher measured approximately 77C, 81C, and 86C with a probe thermometer -Kalas bowl has been stated to be dishwasher safe up to 70C and the manufacturer has stated this was the maximum temperature it was tested at -Photos of some of the bowls were taken and some bowls showed discolored strips, scratches, and frayed parts -Excerpts of food code and regulation provided -Adequate single use plates are provided in the interim
