Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # MKIM-C73TN9 of Sep-21-2021 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: 1) Sanitizer spray bottle had 0 ppm chlorine at the time of inspection. 2) Dishwasher was observed to be broken and 3 compartment sink does not have sink plug to facilitate proper manual dish washing. Correction: 1) Operator resupplied sanitizer spray bottle with 100 ppm chlorine at the time of inspection 2) Only use single use utensils on premise until proper means of dishwashing can be performed on premise. A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-C73TN9 and the following observations were found: - Sink plugs present on site - Operator was able to communicate proper manual dishware washing practices - Dishware can now be used again for dine in service - Dishwasher requires a replacement part, the part is scheduled to be replaced this afternoon - Ensure to email EHO a copy of the work order for the service done on the dishwasher
