Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Worker was observed entering the service counter area, taking an obviously blood-stained cleaning cloth from behind a the clip dispenser and wiping his hands on it, then stuffing the dirty cloth back behind the clip dispenser. Staff were directed to wash their hands properly.
