Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Sugar bin was open (no lid).
2. Fly traps (sticky tape) placed over top of food preparation area.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Lid placed over sugar bin to protect from contamination
2. Staff removed fly tape in this area to prevent food from contamination from flies falling off of tape.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Back door to kitchen was propped open (no screen).
Corrective Action(s): -Door was closed to prevent the entry of pests.
-A screen door could aid ventilation while still preventing pest entry if staff requires this.
