Observation: Dishwasher is unable to sanitize adequately. 0 ppm chlorine residual detected.
Correction: Service the dishwasher so it is able to produce 50-100 ppm chlorine residual. Manually sanitize all dishware, utensils, and equipment in nearby sink by submerging in 100 ppm bleach solution for 30 seconds. Air dry before using. Use test strips to verify concentration. Correct as soon as possible.
