Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution measured approximately 50 ppm QUATS from the dispenser and in spray bottles.
Corrective Action(s): Discussed with kitchen manager to manually mix QUATS sanitizer solution until the dispenser is repaired.
Obtain test strips to test sanitizer solution on a daily basis.

=Handwash stations stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
=Glass door cooler (1C), downstairs large cooler (4C), Ash street cooler and freezers to be checked at next inspection
=Downstairs chest freezer (-18C), 621 Ash upright freezers not checked
=High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 76.7 C at the dish surface (minimum 71 C required for proper sanitizing)
=General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the floor and covered and raw meats stored below ready-to-eat foods.
=No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
