Comments

- Liquid soap dispenser for hand sink in kitchen has been relocated to original position by the hand sink - good.
- Dishwasher, floors, and walls have been cleaned and sanitized
- All food stored off the ground and properly covered
- Good separation of raw and ready-to-eat food items
- Operator stated ice machine is only turned on when more ice is needed (for cooling hot food items). Ice was available in ice bin and in freezer at time of inspection.
- Observed rice (just cooked) being properly cooled in shallow pans again - good.
