- No changes to business/operation since initial inspection/approval
- Operator is preparing braised pork belly and quick pickles (refrigerated) at commissary kitchen to be served at the Richmond Night Market.
- Products are transported on ice in Coleman coolers. Coolers present chilling in walk-in cooler at the time of the inspection.
- Operator has been moved to Station #1 in cold kitchen and is operating Thurs 5-11pm and Fri 12-4pm
- Handwashing station accessible to station supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towel.
- Quats sanitizer 200ppm present in spray bottle at station to sanitize prep surfaces.
- Walk-in cooler at 2C
- Walk-in freezer at -18C
- Station and assigned storage areas appear clean/maintained.
- Food in storage protected from contamination and labelled with date.
- High temperature dishwasher functional and met sanitizing requirement. Final rinse was 79C

*Once Richmond Night Market completes, Operator is planning to process packaged sandwiches to sell wholesale to cafes within Bby and Van. Operator to submit food safety procedures and distribution information for prior review and approval.
*Discussed current status of premises as a food processor with Operator. In future, if Operator would like to provide food service to the public (in addition to processing), an application for a permit to operate must be submitted to Fraser Health. At this time Operator is not planning to provide food service.
