Routine inspection conducted - Hand wash stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water - All coolers are at or below 4C - All freezer untis measured at -18C - Dry storage is adequate. Ensure all bins are off the floor - Low temperature dishwasher achieves 50ppm Chlorine - QUAT sanitizer in spray bottles achieves 200ppm Bar area: - Iodine glass washer achieves 12.5ppm - Hand wash station is fully equipped - Soda dispenser spout is maintained in a clean and sanitary manner
