Reinspection based on previous inspection report.
- Manual Dishwashing procedures reviewed. Bleach is being utilized. Signage posted. Ensure all food contact surfaces/implements are being washed and disnfected after use, or on a timely manner.
- Use 100ppm bleach - 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of 5% unscented bleach in 4.5 litres (1 gallon) of water. Change sanitizing solutions in sinks and buckets every couple of hours. Change sanitizing solutions in bottles daily. Use test strips to measure the concentration of sanitizer.
- Sanitary Facilities: No concerns this date. As previously noted, Handsink is to be kept free of debris. Hand towels are to be kept at handsink.
- Food Storage: Ensure all food/ingredients are being stored in covered, food grade containers.
- Exterior screen door is to be kept closed at all times.
- Sanitation: Facility is to be kept clean and organized at all times. Daily cleaning schedules are to be followed.
- Equipment: No concerns with the deep fryer noted this date.
- Generic FoodSafety Plan provided and discussed this date.
