Sanitation is excellent. All freezer units at -18C or below. Cooler in the back is for staff use only. Bleach sanitizer available - ensure to mix 1 cap of bleach into 4 L of water when diluting. Dipper well is functional. No signs of pest activity - facility serviced by Rentokil Pest Control every 2 weeks - latest report states no pest activity. All handsinks are fully equipped. Sneeze guards in place for chocolates in display.
