Observation: Mouse droppings noted on store shelving in the following areas:
-Aisle 9 where dry noodles are displayed
-Aisle 5 where flour and sugar are stored
Corrective Action(s): Remove food product from areas noted above. Remove mouse droppings and thoroughly clean and disinfect area. Inpsect product for any damage to packaging. Discard damaged product and monitor for any continued activity. Correcton date: Nov. 4

Observation: Spills of food product noted on and below shelving in areas where mouse droppings noted.
Corrective Action(s): Spills need to be cleaned to prevent accumulation of food debris. Level of sanitation on and under aisle shelving needs improvement in order to address rodent issues. Correction date: Nov. 7/16

Measures have been taken to prevent pest entrance by sealing gaps

Dairy walk-in cooler was at 0C
Grocery walk-in freezer was at -22C
Display cooler were 4C or colder
Display freezers were -9C to -18C

Store Manager reported visits by Pest Control Technician are once per week to monitor activity and set new traps.
