Remove mouse droppings and thoroughly clean and disinfect area. Inpsect product for any damage to packaging. Discard damaged product and monitor for any continued activity. Correcton date: Nov. 4 Violation Score: 9 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Spills of food product noted on and below shelving in areas where mouse droppings noted.
