Comments

Follow-up inspection conducted to report #AHEN-BHVVND. The following observations were made:
Weatherstrip has been installed at back doors. One weatherstrip still needs to be installed on one door next to the dessert table - to be accomplished by Sunday, December 22, 2019
Pots and pans are all elevated at least 6" off the floor
Durable plastic shelving and stainless steel shelving has been moved into the dry storage corridor of the facility. Please send model numbers to the district and covering Environmental Health Officer
Added stainless steel sheets to cover holes over the conveyor dishwasher table. However, some remaining deficiencies are present (see violation code 311 above)
Dishwasher reaches final rinse cycle of 71C at the plate (82C at the gauge). However, it took 20 minutes to achieve this. Operator will be increasing the set-point of the hot water boiler to expedite the heating process.

Please promptly address aforementioned violations by this weekend. A follow-up inspection will be conducted to ensure compliance. Failure to do so will be met with progressive enforcement.
