Please ensure all handwash stations must be accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel at all time. Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units were at ≤ 4C. All freezer units were at ≤ -18C. All food stored protected in the refrigeration and freezer units. All refrigeration and freezer units are equipped with a functioning thermometer. All hot food noted > 60C. Proper dispensers noted used in food, with handles extending out of the food. No improper scoops/ dispensers stored in bulk food containers. In use utensils are all marked with a timer when they are first in-use. To be changed out every 2 hours - excellent. Mop bucket noted emptied after use. 200 ppm QUAT detected in sanitizer spray bottle and wall mounted sanitizer dispenser. Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing. No signs of pest activities at the time of inspection. Ice machine interior noted in excellent sanitary condition. Overall cleanliness and organization satisfactory. Staff's FoodSafe level 1 verified - expires June 25, 2024.
