Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dipper well not in use upon arrival of inspector. Dipper well was only turned on after inspector arrived. Utensils stored in cloudy, room temperature water - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. Dipper well turned on. Items washed and sanitized prior to placing back into dipper well.
This item has been discussed in previous inspections: March 2018, March 2017. DO NOT repeat this violation as TICKET will be issued. FINAL WARNING.
