Hand sinks equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (quats) in inserts measured 200 ppm.
Line cooler/prep line coolers was at or below 4 deg C.
Upright freezer/fridge was -18 & 4 deg, respectively.
Hot holding for chilli, cheese sauce was above 60 deg C.
Hot holding for beef patties, chicken was above 60 deg C.
Walk-in freezer was at -22 deg C. Walk-in cooler was at 1 deg C.
Dry storage area was very organized and all items were stored off the floor.
No signs of pests noted. Pest control monitoring in place.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Staff hygiene was good (clean uniforms and hair nets worn).
Staff washroom and public washrooms were maintained in sanitary condition.
Overall sanitation of the premises was very good. All counter tops, floor, equipment, etc. were clean.
