Routine inspection conducted. Refrigeration units measure at 4 degrees C or less. Freezer units all measure -18 degrees C or less. 2-compartment sink available in back storage area for hand-washing and ware-washing. Hand-sink supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap and single use paper towels. Dry food items are repackaged in the back. Labels are available for these items. Bleach available on site. Spray bottle measured between 100-200 ppm chlorine. No signs of pest activity at time of inspection. Overall cleanliness is satisfactory. General lightning in premise is satisfactory.
