Note: New menu approved and implemented in April 2017. Staff state implementation is going well, no issues with space for prep (kids help) and no plans to change menu. No food prep observed during inspection. Other observations: √ Coolers ≤4°C, Freezers ≤ -18°C √ Food up off floor ≥6”, ready to eat foods stored above raw foods √ Hand wash stations fully stocked √ Bleach sanitizer available at 100ppm - recommend getting test strips to verify bleach concentration (ex LaMotte test strips) √ Dishes washed as per sanitation plan (washed in dishwasher then manually sanitized in bleach sanitizer) √ General sanitation and maintenance is good √ No signs of pest infestation noted √ Thermometers present √ Staff with FoodSafe present
