**Concerns with Circle K sanitizing procedures when conducting a 3 compartment sink method. I will review Circle K procedures with our management team. My concern is with contact time with all surfaces to ensure item is being properly sanitized. Hot holding at >60c All cold holding equipment cold holding at <4c All freezers at <-18c Quat sanitizer in spray containers at 200ppm. Test strips on site No pest problesm noted
