Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handsinks are supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel.. Sinks must also be easily accessible by staff and not blocked. Routine: - Cooler: 4 C (beverage) / 3 C (food) - Freezers were -18 C or colder - Hand sinks and washrooms supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold water - Dishwasher had a final rinse of 73 C at plate and 87 C at gauge. - Chlorine bleach is on site - No signs of pest activity noted during inspection - back door closed during inspection - Sanitizer labelled spray bottle noted 100 ppm chlorine
