Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Containers of chopped vegetables stored at room temperature for an unknown period of time. Temperature of the food was measured to be approximately 18C.
Corrective Action(s): Discard these chopped vegetables. Do not store any potentially hazardous foods (chopped vegetables, meat, seafood, dairy) at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Keep all potentially hazardous foods in the cooler until they are going to be used.
