No cooling of cooked foods conducted at time of inspection. Reviewed cooling process. Ensure cooling cooked foods are portioned into shallow containers that are conducive to rapid cooling and time temperature are monitored to ensure safe rapid cooling of foods.

Food items stored safely on shelving, off the floor in dry storage area.

Icewand stored in a sanitary manner, wrapped in single use plastic wrap within freezer unit.

Food items not observed stored in opened metal cans.

Single use take-out containers removed from original packaging are stored upside down to protect them from contamination.

Pesticide spray bottle removed from premise. Ensure spray bottles are labelled to clearly indicate their contents.

Reviewed handwashing procedure and safe glove use. At time of inspection, order assembly line staff worked at designated stations such that staff conducting cash transactions was not also involved with foodhandling.
