Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handles of cooking spoons touching the food items (cooked rice that stored in insert containers) inside the refrigerator.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store cooking spoons in containers with food or ensure the handles do not touch the food items.

General sanitation - good.
All handwashing stations supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
All domestic refrigerators (3) - satisfactory (coolers < or = to 4 C; freezers at - 18 C or below).
Small chest reezer at -18 C.
Thermometers for cold units - available.
Note: Secondary step for a donair meat in place.
Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Bleach sanitizer available at 100 ppm. Please follow the proper procedure: 1) wash 2) rinse 3) sanitize 4) air dry.
Surface sanitizer - available ( a white bucket at 100 ppm chlorine).
Dry storage area is satisfactory. Dry food items stored in containers with proper lids.
Fan hoods - clean.
No signs of pest activity. Traps set and empty.

Recommendation:
- A screen door is required for a back door if it is to be left open.
