Inspection report: 259803 Confirmed ownership Serving in only disposable/ one use self serving Bleach used as approved sanitizer 3-comp sink in use for manual dishwashing at least one staff is present with FS lev 1 certificate/ main cook is away at the time of inspection Recommendation: keep your daily temp logs for cold and hot holding ( use accurate thermometers ) NOTE: mail a copy of the daily log for the future reference Recommendation: in the future paint or protect the wood shelving in the kitchen ( so it is easy to clean/ durable/none absorbent surface )
