Handwash sink basin was unobstructed and accessible during the inspection. Water was draining properly at this sink.
No meat noted thawing at room temperature during the inspection.
Time as a control was being done correctly - all food using time as a control has the proper time stamp noted on the packagings.
Hot food that was being held in hot hold units were noted over 60C.
