Comments

- Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels. Liquid soap and paper towels were available inside the wall-mounted dispensers.
- Cooler in the Kitchen was 4C or less (3.2C) and it was equipped with a thermometer.
- Freezers were -18C or less and were equipped with thermometers.
- A probe thermometer was available and staff was aware how to use it.
- Temperature records were being maintained.
- Dishwasher final rinse chlorine residual was 50 ppm at the plate.
- Chlorine test strips were available on-site.
- 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the bucket with the wiping cloth.
- Liners for the cupboards were made of durable and easy to clean materials.
- An air drying basket was available near the double compartment sink.
- Food safety plan and sanitation plan was available on-site in a binder.
