Handwashing station was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Cooler was at 3.5 degrees C (4 degrees C / 40 degrees F or less).
Freezer was at -18.1 degrees C (-18 degrees C / 0 degrees F or less).
Cooler and freezer were equipped with thermometers.
A probe thermometer was available.
Drain plugs were available at the 2-compartment sink.
Domestic dishwasher was available onsite; Ensure the full sanitizing cycle is used and thermal labels are used to verify that the internal temperature reaches at least 71 degrees C or higher after the final rinse. If not, manually sanitize the food equipment in the sink in 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer for at least 10 seconds after washing it through the dishwasher.
Bleach water mixing instructions were reviewed with the person in charge. *100 ppm chlorine sanitizer bleach water must be setup when the kitchen is in operation.
A temporary food premises application was provided at the time of inspection as food will be served to the general public that day.
