Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BG4T2L:

- General sanitation has improved. Ensure that ALL cooking equipment (ie pots, pans, utensils) are stored in designated shelving units and above the floors
- Handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
- Mouse droppings have been removed and areas thoroughly cleaned:
- in all corners of the kitchen
- around the walls of the perimeters.
- Ensure to follow the recommendations of the pest control company. Keep inspection reports on file for record keeping.
- All the areas noted above must be routinely cleaned, especially during deep cleaning schedule.
