Sterilization/Disinfection: - Work Surfaces: Low level disinfection Cavicide/Optim 33 wipes. * Follow manufacturers directions! * Expiration dates are to be monitored. - Sanitary Facilities: Ok. Conveniently located. - Sanitation: Ok. - Staff: Ensure hands are washed prior to/after treatments. Glove use noted. - Single use items utilized and discarded after use. Sharps container accessible. - Disposable razors are being used on site. - Skin cleaning: Cleaned with soap and swabbed with antiseptic. (ie: alcohol/iodine/sterile saline) - Pigments/lotions/ointments are dispensed into single use caps - discarded after use. Monitoring of expiration dates are required.
