Observation: -No paper towel at hand washing station.
-Far end sink has food defrosting under water

Correction: -Provide liquid soap and paper towel in wall mounted dispenser at all hand washing sinks .
-Hand sink to be use ONLY for hand washing

Observation: Noted staff handling/touching pork and without proper hand washing proceed to other duty ( sushi area)

Noted issues are addressed. 2 staff registered for FS level 1 in Feb- ensure to schedule so you have enough FS trained staff on duty at all time.

** Overall cleaning is improved however deep cleaning is still required for hard to reach areas and corners
** Paper towel holder (wall mounted ) is ordered for the staff washroom- install and send a pic to the attention of the area inspector via email required
