Comments

At the time of this inspection 3 children were present with the Licensee\Manager. No contraventions were found.

The following was discussed:
The children's registration forms contain an area for Emergency Contact and Pickup Information. A review of the children's registrations noted that two were missing this information on the form as the registrating parent had left this area blank. The Licensee advised that she will transfer the information from the emergency permission cards.
Photo's are available for each child in care as posted in the kitchen area. As discussed, photo's should be included on the emergency permission cards for easy access, if needed.

Licensing to mail out Reportable Incident Forms as the ones in the binder have been updated.

Visit the CCFL website at www.fraserhealth.ca/childcare for additional resources and links to the Legislation (CCLR and CCALA).
The report findings were reviewed at the time of this inspection. A copy of the inspection report and facility risk assessment were emailed (PDF) to the facility on June 10, 2021.
Time spent includes writing of report off-site. As the reports were written off-site and sent by email, no signature was obtained.
