Both 3 compartment sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
High temperature dishwasher by exit sign registered 73 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
High temperature dishwasher by the entrance to kitchen registered 74 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
Sliding glass door cooler at 4 degrees C.
Freezer at -15 degrees C.
Back area 2 door cooler not in use at time of inspection.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Reminder to prepare a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution when kitchen is in use. General sanitizer solution formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.
