Cooling and freezing temperatures ok. Make sure the washroom is always stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Walk-in cooler is old but no visible mould build up. Dusty partiulates from fan also remains under control. No issue at time of inspection. Make sure unit can maintain 4 C at all times.
