306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 1. General sanitation in dry storage room is satisfactory with the exception of the top shelf storing Chicken Tikka and other spices - spilt spice all over shelf.
2. Some food debris noted under cooking line and under equipment in hard to reach areas.
3. Commercial venthood appears to be in sanitary condition however sticker "Next service due 2021-09-31"
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the above areas are maintained in sanitary condition.

The commercial venthood should be serviced as per scheduled service to ensure the ducts are also being maintained and don't become a fire hazard. Ensure the venthood is serviced.
