Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink near the front of house well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottles at 200ppm. QUATs are diluted in dispenser located at mop sink area. 3-compartment sink and food preparation sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 78.6C final rinse temperature.
Stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer measured at -18C.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor and stored in pest-proof containers.
Exhaust hood vents observed to be in sanitary condition.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
