Comments

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- Hot-holding units operating above 60'C.
- Temperature logs maintained.
NOTE: Ensure to have cooking temperatures (patties) recorded on a log as discussed at this time.
- 200ppm Quats available in a labelled spray bottle and at automated dispenser.
NOTE: Ensure to have wiping rags stored in a bucket filled with sanitizer as discussed at this time.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.3'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- Good thawing practice observed.
- No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
- Washroom handsinks satisfactory.

General sanitation level satisfactory throughout. However, one of the ceiling vents in the back prep room- above the dishwashing sink requires a proper cleaning.
