302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Glass washer lacked sanitizer at the final rinse. Noted the sanitizer jug was empty. Operator supplied new sanitizer jug and 50ppm chlorine was detected in the final rinse at the time of this inspection. Corrective Action(s): Please ensure to check supply regularly and test the final rinse water. Keep records for next routine inspection. Violation Score: 5
