Observation: Dishwasher is out of service.
Drinks for coffee is in single use containers and cups.
Night Service Program has pots and pans cleaned in 2 comp sink that cannot fit into dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure dishwasher is fixed before next community or church dinner that requires the use of flatware or dishware beyond the capacity of use of the 2 compartment sinks.

Food Handler Hygiene
o Hand wash stations are fully supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers
o Operators had clean clothing for food preparation

Storage Temperatures
o Cold holding Coolers are below 4C
o Cold holding Freezers are below -18C

Food Processing and Food Protection
o Coffee Bar - Espresso machine water intake line was sitting in the hand sink (probably for drainage purposes) - ensure the line and ends are sanitized before use. Remove the line before hand washing or using as dump sink. Ensure lines are clean.
o Food Storage - Food is stored in covered containers.

Maintenance and Sanitation
o 2 Compartment Sink is fully supplied with bleach
-Additional 2 compartment sink in the kitchen area facing the stoves.
o Sanitizer bottles - have 1000ppm Quats or higher. Note that only 200ppm Quats is needed. Ensure to dilute so that no chemicals are left on equipment and food contact surfaces.
o Storage of chemicals is separate and away from food
o Condition of equipment and surfaces - food contact surfaces and equipment are in good repair and clean condition
-Freezer door handle is wobbly and missing 2 screws at the top.
-Freezer seal has some mold or other black residue and needs to be cleaned.
o Pest control - there are no signs of pests at the time of inspection.
o Sanitation Plan - Operators have a sanitation plan in place

Administration
o Valid operating permit is posted in public view
-Ensure at least one leadership member or volunteer at all times when meals are prepared has their food safe certificate.

Uses of kitchen:
-Sunday coffee
-Occasional church dinners for the public
-Night Service - meals for those in need. Transported in meal delivery trucks to downtown Langley for distribution.
-Other fundraising events.
-No noted businesses currently rent or use the kitchen as their base of operations.
