Comments

-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -16C.
-Food is cooked and served immediately - no hot holding.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-Accurate thermometers present in cooler units.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 73C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Foods in the dry storage area were in good condition.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until January 11, 2028 (temporary certificate provided).
