-Follow-up inspection to February 25, 2019.
-Facility would like to make samosas in the facility for sale of the product on-site. In order to produce and sell saomsas (cooked and frozen), a food safety plan will need to be developed to address cooking, cooling, stuffing samosas, storing, packing, etc. In the meantime, the facility has removed all reference to the sale of the samosas. Conditions 1 to 3 of the Public Health Act Correction Order issued February 25, 2019 have been met. Public Health Act Correction Order is to remain in place until the facility receives health approval to make samosas on site. Food safety plan to be submitted to the inspector for review and approval.
-Drain pipe for the handwashing stations has been repaired.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser has been serviced and was at 200ppm. Continue to monitor sanitizer strength, and service as needed.
-Freezer unit in the back will be replaced within one month.
