Probe thermometers on site for use to check internal cooking temp of products in oven and hot dog roller table

Standing ice cream freezer -18C - ice observed building up on the right side. Please service/ repair

Quat sanitizer tested at dispenser unit - measured 200ppm
Dirty utensil container at front was filled with sanitizer at start of inspection. Staff said this practice is done prior to "shift change" where new staff come in and wash/rinse/sanitize the utensils
***Ensure you have at least 3 of each critical tool (eg. pizza rollers). Will follow up Nov 1
***Change out your dirty utensil container every 2 hours. Have the spares available for easy change over during busy times.
